Steven Horsford represents Nevada's 4th congressional district in the U.S. House, where he has served since 2019 after also serving an earlier term from 2013 to 2015. He chaired the Congressional Black Caucus during the 118th Congress and previously served as the first Black majority leader of the Nevada State Senate.
