Scott Kohlhaas is the Libertarian candidate for U.S. Senate in Alaska in 2026. An Anchorage resident and self-employed political consultant, he previously served as Chair of the Alaska Libertarian Party from 2002 to 2006 and held leadership roles in the Libertarian parties of Missouri, Washington D.C., and Illinois. He ran for the Alaska U.S. Senate seat in 2014 and for the Alaska House of Representatives in 2020, 2022, and 2024. He studied at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, and the University of Alaska Anchorage.
