Stephen Marshall Wilson is the Constitution Party's nominee for U.S. Senate in West Virginia, on the ballot in the November 3, 2026, general election. He served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from the 60th district from 2016 to 2020, elected as a Republican before switching to independent in December 2019. He has also run for West Virginia governor, as an independent write-in in 2020 and as the Constitution Party nominee in 2024. According to his campaign and Ballotpedia, he is a U.S. Army veteran.
