Rennie Hill Mann is a Texas businessman and rancher from Richland Springs who ran for the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in Texas in 2026 but did not appear on the March 3, 2026 primary ballot, and is listed as a withdrawn or disqualified candidate. He took over the family glass company, Mann Glass Co., after his stepfather's death in 2000 and moved the business from Dallas to Richland Springs in 2012, ceasing operations in February 2023 to focus on the campaign. Mann has served on the Richland Springs Independent School District board since 2010, and has also been president of the Richland Springs Booster Club and of the Howlers Club, a local nonprofit.
