Ralph Warren Norman Jr., born June 20, 1953 in Rock Hill, South Carolina, is a Republican U.S. Representative for South Carolina's 5th congressional district, a seat he has held since winning a June 2017 special election. A Rock Hill real estate developer at the Warren Norman Company, he previously served in the South Carolina House of Representatives for District 48 from 2005 to 2007 and again from 2009 to 2017. Norman graduated from Presbyterian College in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Business. He is a candidate in the special Republican primary for U.S. Senate in South Carolina scheduled for August 11, 2026.
