Timothy William Skelton is a Republican from Sandy, Oregon who ran for the U.S. Senate in 2026. According to his campaign statement, he works as an armed security professional and previously owned Triple L Barbecue, and he lists reserve police officer and customer service among his prior jobs; he earned an associate degree from Mt. Hood Community College in 2006 and had no prior governmental experience. He lost the May 19, 2026 Republican primary, finishing seventh with about 1.5% of the vote (5,626 votes).
