Kevin Hern, a Republican, is the U.S. Representative for Oklahoma's 1st congressional district, a seat he has held since 2018. Before entering politics he was a McDonald's franchisee in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, eventually owning up to 18 locations, and headed KTAK Corporation. He holds a B.S. from Arkansas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is a candidate for the U.S. Senate in Oklahoma's 2026 election.
