Troy W. Green is an Oklahoma entrepreneur who sought the Democratic nomination for the U.S. Senate in Oklahoma in 2026. Born in Dallas, Texas, he was raised in the Oklahoma foster system and has worked as a law enforcement officer and as a bail agent and investigator for over 30 years, according to his campaign biography. He is the founder and president of Safe Haven Oklahoma, and he earned an associate degree from Murray State College in 2023 and a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma City University in 2025. Green finished third in the June 16, 2026 Democratic primary, receiving 19.8 percent of the vote.
