Scott P. Brown is a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate seat in New Hampshire in the 2026 election, for which his campaign committee reported total receipts of $1,664,338.14 as of March 31, 2026. He previously served in the Massachusetts state legislature before winning a 2010 special election to the U.S. Senate seat formerly held by Edward Kennedy, then lost his 2012 reelection bid to Elizabeth Warren. Brown later moved to New Hampshire, where he ran unsuccessfully for U.S. Senate against Jeanne Shaheen in 2014, and subsequently served as U.S. ambassador to New Zealand and Samoa during the first Trump administration. He also briefly served as dean of New England Law Boston.
