Haley Stevens is a Democratic politician from Rochester Hills, Michigan, who has represented Michigan's 11th Congressional District in the U.S. House since 2019. She previously served as chief of staff to the U.S. Auto Rescue Task Force in the Obama administration, helping lead the federal response to the 2008-2009 auto industry crisis, and later worked as a director at the Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute in Chicago. In April 2025, she announced a campaign for the 2026 U.S. Senate seat in Michigan being vacated by retiring incumbent Gary Peters, and is running in the August 4, 2026 Democratic primary.
