Dan Kleban is a Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate in Maine in the 2026 election. He co-founded Maine Beer Company, a brewery he started with his brother in 2009, and is a newcomer to elected politics. Kleban entered the 2025 Senate race against Republican Senator Susan Collins, then suspended his campaign in October 2025 and endorsed Governor Janet Mills. In July 2026 he re-entered the race, filing federal paperwork to seek the Democratic nomination after Graham Platner withdrew.
