Joshua Morott (Republican Party) is a Louisiana native and candidate for the U.S. Senate in Louisiana's 2026 election. He was born in Fort Polk and earned a high school diploma from Simpson High School, and his career experience includes working as a substitute teacher and in retail management. He previously ran as the Republican nominee for U.S. House in Louisiana's 4th Congressional District in 2024, finishing with about 14 percent of the vote against incumbent Mike Johnson.
