Don Tracy is a Republican attorney from Springfield, Illinois, who serves as senior counsel at the law firm Brown, Hay & Stephens. He previously served as acting and later confirmed chair of the Illinois Gaming Board from 2015 to 2019 and as chair of the Illinois Republican Party from 2021 to 2024, and ran unsuccessfully for Illinois Lieutenant Governor in 2010.
