Felix Barry Moore, who goes by Barry Moore, is the Republican candidate for U.S. Senate in Alabama in the 2026 election, seeking to succeed retiring Senator Tommy Tuberville. He has served as the U.S. Representative for Alabama's 1st congressional district since January 2025, after representing the state's 2nd congressional district from 2021 to 2025, and was a member of the Alabama House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018. Before entering politics, Moore grew up on a farm in Coffee County, Alabama, earned an associate degree from Enterprise State Community College and a bachelor's degree in agricultural science from Auburn University in 1992, served in the Alabama Army National Guard, and founded the waste-hauling company Barry Moore Industries in 1998.
