Marquita Bradshaw is a Memphis, Tennessee native and University of Memphis alumna who has worked as an environmental justice organizer and community advocate, including service as Executive Director of Sowing Justice and as Environmental Justice Chair for the Tennessee Chapter of the Sierra Club. She was the 2020 Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in Tennessee, losing to Bill Hagerty, and previously ran in the 2024 Democratic U.S. Senate primary, finishing second to Gloria Johnson. She is running again in the 2026 Democratic primary for U.S. Senate in Tennessee.
