Edmond Laplante is a longtime New Hampshire resident, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and mechanic running as a Constitution Party candidate for U.S. Senate in New Hampshire in 2026. A member of the Monadnock Regional School Board and chairman of the Constitution Party of New Hampshire, he previously sought the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in 2022 (finishing last among primary candidates with 0.5%) and ran unsuccessfully for Governor of New Hampshire in 2024 as a Constitution Party candidate. He filed FEC paperwork in March 2026 declaring his 2026 Senate candidacy.
