Amy McGrath, a Democrat from Kentucky, is running for the U.S. Senate in 2026. She is a retired Marine fighter pilot and Northern Kentucky native who previously ran for Kentucky's 6th Congressional District in 2018, losing to Republican Andy Barr, and for the U.S. Senate in 2020, losing to Republican incumbent Mitch McConnell.
