Stephen Friess (also known as Steve) is a Republican running in Wyoming's August 18, 2026 Republican primary for the state's at-large U.S. House seat, which is open. A Wyoming businessman and resident of nearly three decades, he is the son of the late investor and Republican donor Foster Friess, who ran unsuccessfully for the 2018 Republican nomination for Wyoming governor.
