Jillian Balow is a Republican candidate for U.S. House, Wyoming's at-large district in 2026. A Laramie, Wyoming native, she graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1993 and taught school in Hulett before working as a business owner. She served as Wyoming's elected State Superintendent of Public Instruction from 2015 to 2022 and, in 2022, joined Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin's administration as the Commonwealth's Superintendent of Public Instruction, serving until 2023.
