Paul Wassgren is a fifth-generation Ashland, Wisconsin resident and corporate attorney running as a Republican for the U.S. House in Wisconsin's 7th Congressional District in 2026. He graduated first in his high school class, completed an Economics degree in two years at Pepperdine University, and later earned an MBA and a law degree with honors at Oxford University. Wassgren made partner at the national law firm Fox Rothschild LLP at age 33, later joined DLA Piper LLP as an equity partner, and launched his own firm in 2020; he served on the national finance committee for President Trump's 2020 re-election.
