Justin Early, a Democrat, is the Democratic nominee for U.S. House in Texas' 31st Congressional District after winning the March 3, 2026 primary against Stuart Whitlow, and faces incumbent John Carter and Green candidate Greg Stoker in the November 3, 2026 general election. A 1998 graduate of Leander High School, he served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and later worked as a LAN systems administrator at the Defense Intelligence Agency, with subsequent experience in cybersecurity. He has also served as a Democratic precinct chair in Tarrant County and as a 2008 presidential delegate.
