Tom Sell (Republican) is the 2026 Republican nominee for U.S. House in Texas's 19th Congressional District, having won the May 26, 2026 GOP primary runoff. A Lubbock resident and Texas Tech University graduate, he holds a bachelor's degree in agribusiness and a J.D., and previously worked in the office of former U.S. Rep. Larry Combest (R-Texas), including service as deputy staff director of the U.S. House Committee on Agriculture. After leaving Washington he co-founded a Lubbock business with Combest.
