Tayhlor Coleman is a seventh-generation Texan and Houston native running as the Democratic candidate for U.S. House in Texas's 10th Congressional District in 2026. A political strategist, she previously worked for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in Washington, D.C., and has worked remotely for a Democratic media firm. In 2021 she converted a van named "Barb" (after former U.S. Rep. Barbara Jordan) into a mobile home and voter-registration vehicle, which was customized for the Magnolia Network show Van Go. She spent the next year traveling to each of Texas's 254 counties to get certified as a volunteer deputy registrar and register voters.
