Briscoe Cain (born 1984) is a Republican attorney from Deer Park, Texas, who has represented Texas House District 128 in the Texas Legislature since 2017. He earned a B.A. in communications from the University of Houston-Downtown (2008) and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law (2012), and founded his own law firm in 2013, later serving as legal counsel for the anti-abortion group Operation Rescue.
