Ray Bilger is the 2026 Democratic nominee for U.S. House in Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District, where he is challenging Republican incumbent Glenn Thompson. According to his campaign, he is a Bellefonte native and a U.S. Air Force veteran who entered the service in August 1986 as an Airborne Cryptologic Linguist, served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and worked as an intelligence analyst and security leader for the Air Force, the National Security Agency, and the State Department, most recently as NSA Technical Director for Cyber Analysis from 2015 to 2017.
