Monique Despain is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and attorney running as the Republican nominee for Oregon's 4th Congressional District in 2026. She served 30 years in the Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and Oregon Air National Guard, including 20 years as a Judge Advocate General's Corps lawyer, and earned a law degree from Willamette University College of Law. After retiring from the military in 2019, she worked as a legal consultant in Eugene and in 2022 joined the non-profit Common Sense for Oregon.
