Don Leonard is the Democratic nominee for Ohio's 15th Congressional District in 2026. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's in regional development from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Ph.D. in government from Cornell University. He works as a professor of city and regional planning at The Ohio State University and previously served in the U.S. Peace Corps in South America.
