Jessica Reinmann is a lawyer and the founder of 914Cares, a Westchester County organization she started in 2014 to distribute clothing, diapers, hygiene products, and other essentials to under-resourced families. She studied political science at SUNY Binghamton and earned her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, then worked as a real estate attorney in New York City before moving into law firm management. A Chappaqua resident, she ran as a Democrat for New York's 17th Congressional District in 2026 but withdrew from the June primary before the ballot deadline.
