Joe Hathaway, a Republican from Randolph, New Jersey, is the 2026 Republican nominee for U.S. House in New Jersey's 11th Congressional District. Born and raised in Clifton, he graduated from Yale University in 2009, where he played varsity football. He began his career as an aide to Governor Chris Christie and later worked in corporate affairs and communications. He joined the Randolph Township Council in May 2022 and served as mayor in 2025.
