Beth Ellen Adubato is a criminal justice professor who ran as a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House in New Jersey's 7th Congressional District in 2026 but did not appear on the June 2 Democratic primary ballot. She earned a PhD in criminal justice in 2011 after a decade working as a journalist, and has taught at Saint Peter's University, where she served as a faculty union leader. She is the founder of the LINDA Organization, a nonprofit for struggling women, and has lived in the 7th district since 2019.
