Frank A. Barnitz (Democratic Party) is a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Missouri's 8th Congressional District in 2026. He is a farmer and small-business owner who operates Briarwood Cabins, LLC and previously served as a farm manager for Barnitz Farm, Inc. and Running K Ranch. He represented the 16th District in the Missouri State Senate from 2005 to 2011, after serving in the Missouri House of Representatives from 2000 to 2005. He earned a bachelor's degree from Southwest Missouri State University in 1990.
