Quentin Wittrock (Republican) is running in the August 11, 2026 Republican primary for U.S. House in Minnesota's 3rd Congressional District. Born in Iowa, he earned a bachelor's degree from Buena Vista University in 1981 and a law degree from the University of Iowa in 1986, then spent 32 years as an international business litigation attorney with a Minneapolis-headquartered law firm.
