Matthew Dunlap (born November 26, 1964, in Bar Harbor, Maine) is a Democratic politician who has served as Maine State Auditor since November 2022 and previously from January to October 2021. He served as Maine's Secretary of State from 2013 to 2021 and earlier from 2005 to 2011, and represented Old Town in the Maine House of Representatives from 1996 to 2004. He is the Democratic nominee for Maine's 2nd Congressional District in the 2026 election. A University of Maine graduate, he lives in Old Town with his wife, Michelle Dunphy.
