Adrian Boafo is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates from the 23rd district in Prince George's County, where he has served since January 2023. A graduate of the University of Baltimore (B.A., 2016) and American University (M.B.A., 2019), his career has included work as senior director of government affairs at Oracle Corporation and as a campaign manager and field director for U.S. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer. He is the Democratic nominee for Maryland's 5th Congressional District in 2026, having won the June 23, 2026 primary in the open seat created by Hoyer's retirement.
