Jason Poulos is the Democratic challenger for Massachusetts' 4th Congressional District in 2026, facing incumbent Jake Auchincloss in the September 1 Democratic primary. A Sherborn, Massachusetts native, he attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst on a Pell Grant before completing a Ph.D. in political science and computational science at the University of California, Berkeley.
