Anthony Driver Jr. is a lifelong Chicagoan and 2026 Democratic candidate for U.S. House in Illinois' 7th Congressional District. A Bronzeville resident, he is the former executive director of the SEIU Illinois State Council and a former president of Chicago's Community Commission for Public Safety and Accountability. He previously ran for Chicago City Council Ward 20 in 2019 and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Howard University.
