Carlos Moore is a Democratic candidate for U.S. House in Georgia's 13th Congressional District on the 2026 ballot. According to his campaign, he is a former municipal judge who created the Do Better ASAP diversion program. Mississippi news coverage reports he served as a municipal judge in Grenada and Clarksdale, MS, and as president of the National Bar Association from 2021 to 2022. The Mississippi Supreme Court permanently banned him from the bench in early 2025, after which he moved to the Atlanta area.
