Daniel Franzese is a Republican businessman running for Congress in South Florida in 2026. He earned a degree in political science from Amherst College and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and later worked as a portfolio manager and as a bond-market specialist at Merrill Lynch. He was the Republican nominee for Florida's 22nd Congressional District in 2022 and 2024, losing both general elections to Democratic incumbent Lois Frankel.
