Benjamin "Ben" Butler is a fourth-generation dairy farmer and lifelong Floridian who manages Butler Oaks Farm, a family dairy operation in Okeechobee County. He earned bachelor's and master's degrees in animal science from the University of Florida and has served since 2019 as an at-large member of the South Florida Water Management District Governing Board, to which he was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis. He is the 2026 Republican nominee for U.S. House in Florida's 9th Congressional District.
