Eileen Laubacher is a retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral and the Democratic nominee for Colorado's 4th Congressional District in 2026. She graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1990 and served 34 years in the Navy, including a 2009 deployment to Afghanistan as an intelligence officer. She became a flag officer in 2018, served as Senior Defense Official and Defense Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi from 2019 to 2022, and was Senior Director for South Asia on the National Security Council before retiring in October 2024.
