Anuj Dixit is a lawyer from the Inland Empire who ran for the U.S. House in California's 48th Congressional District as a Democrat in 2026 but withdrew before the June 2, 2026 primary. He originally launched his campaign for the 41st District and, after California voters passed Proposition 50, switched to the 48th District to challenge Republican incumbent Darrell Issa.
