Tim Myers, a Democrat from Corona, California, filed with the FEC to run for the U.S. House in California's 41st Congressional District in the 2026 cycle, challenging incumbent Republican Ken Calvert. He is a founding member of the pop-rock band OneRepublic, where he played bass from 2002 to 2007, and is the founder of Palladium Records, a label that has signed more than 60 artists. In July 2025 he withdrew from the House race and announced a campaign for California Lieutenant Governor instead.
