Samuel Gallucci is a Republican running for California's 26th Congressional District in 2026. He is the senior pastor at Embrace! Church in Oxnard and the founder and CEO of The Kingdom Center, a non-profit providing emergency shelter and transitional living assistance for at-risk women and children. He also founded Embrace!
