Rakhi Israni is a Fremont, California-based attorney, entrepreneur, and educator who ran as a Democratic candidate for California's 14th Congressional District in 2026. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School. She founded and grew a Fremont-based education company, has served as a multi-term PTA president at local public schools, and is the mother of four children.
