Joseph Chaplik is a Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives who represented the 23rd district (2021–2023) and the 3rd district (2023–2026), resigning in March 2026 to focus on his 2026 campaign for Arizona's 1st Congressional District. He attended Bowling Green State University. His career experience includes work as president of Joseph Bernard Investment Real Estate and as vice president and general manager of XO Communications and Allegiance Telecom, Inc.
