Rebecca Cooke (born December 21, 1987) is a small business owner, waitress, and nonprofit founder from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, running as a Democrat for the U.S. House in Wisconsin's 3rd Congressional District in 2026. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas and previously owned Red's Mercantile, a home goods store in Eau Claire. She served on the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation board from 2019 to 2021, appointed by Governor Tony Evers, and ran unsuccessfully for the same seat in 2022 and 2024.
