Missi Hesketh is a teacher and the mayor of Forsyth, Missouri, running as a Democrat for Missouri's 7th Congressional District in 2026. Born in Elmhurst, Illinois, she moved to Forsyth in 1983 and earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2004, followed by later degrees from Drury University and Missouri State University. Her prior elected service in Forsyth includes time on the city council before becoming mayor. She previously ran for the same U.S. House seat in 2024.
