Craig Haggard is a Republican state representative from Mooresville, Indiana, who filed to run for the U.S. House in Indiana's 4th Congressional District in 2026. According to his campaign and the Indiana Capital Chronicle, he is a former U.S. Marine and Indiana Air National Guardsman who retired as a lieutenant colonel in 2013, and works as a commercial broker and small business owner. Ballotpedia records that he was first elected to the Indiana House in 2022, representing District 57, and graduated from Hanover College in 1991.
