Robert Rochford (also known as Rocky) is a Republican running for the U.S. House in Florida's 14th Congressional District in 2026. A retired U.S. Navy captain, he served on active duty from 1985 to 2018 and holds a bachelor's degree from Massachusetts Maritime Academy (1985) and a graduate degree from the U.S. Naval War College (2011). He previously won the 2024 Republican primary for the same seat with 54.1% of the vote and went on to lose the general election to Democratic incumbent Kathy Castor.
