Kevin Lincoln served as the 80th mayor of Stockton, California from 2021 to 2025, after defeating Democratic incumbent Michael Tubbs in 2020. A Republican and U.S. Marine Corps veteran who joined in 2001, he served on Marine One during the George W. Bush administration. He ran unsuccessfully for California's 9th Congressional District in 2024 and is currently running for the newly redrawn 13th Congressional District in 2026.
